Here are some common questions and answers regarding our Christmas Light installation:

  1. After the holidays, do you remove the Christmas lights?

    Yes, we remove the lights for you after the holiday is over. We want to make this as hassle-free and easy for you as possible!

  2. If a light bulb goes out, is this under warranty?

    Yes, we will replace bulbs that go out. Due to the quality of lights we use, we do not anticipate you will have any issues, but we will happily fix any problems with the lights free of charge.

  3. Can you put up my lights that I own?

    No, we will purchase professional grade lights to ensure high quality as well as allow us to provide you with the warranty.

  4. Am I buying the lights?

    No, we purchase the lights and lease them out to you. We’ll take care of all the headaches of installation, maintenance, removal, and storage!

  5. Am I locked into a contract?

    No, we do not pressure you into a multi-year contract. Of course, we aim to please and would love to have you back if you are happy with the service!

  6. Do you have any discounts?

    Our existing customers will receive a 10% discount.

    Also, the first year of lights will have a set up fee as we will need to design and customize the lights to fit your home. For the second and third year, we will not charge the set up fee as long as you keep your design the same!
